Terms of service
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from WHITE ANT Scandinavia through whiteantscandinavia.com. Please read them before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers under Swedish law or other applicable consumer-protection law.

VAT registration number: SE559591509001

Please do not send product returns to the registered address unless Customer Care has expressly instructed you to do so.
2. Scope
These Terms govern the sale of products to consumers through our online store. Additional information shown on a product page, at checkout, in an order confirmation or in a specifically identified policy forms part of the agreement where applicable.
If information conflicts, mandatory law takes priority. Otherwise, the more specific information presented for the relevant product or order takes priority over these general Terms.
3. Products and product information
We aim to present products, prices, materials, measurements, colours, availability and care information accurately. Colours and proportions may appear differently depending on your screen and device settings.
Please review the product description, size guide, material information and care instructions before ordering. Product images are illustrative but are intended to give a fair representation of the item.
We may correct obvious errors and update product information before an order is accepted. If an error materially affects an order already placed, we will contact you and respect any rights available under applicable law.
4. Prices, taxes and payment
The price and currency applicable to your selected market are displayed during the shopping journey. The complete order total, including any VAT, shipping charges, discounts and other amounts collected by us, is displayed at checkout before you place the order.
For destinations outside the European Union, import VAT, customs duties or carrier charges may apply. Checkout will indicate where charges are collected by us. Charges not collected by us may be payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device and order. Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout and the selected payment provider. Your bank or payment provider may perform verification or place a temporary authorisation on your account.
Further information is available on our Payment & Security page.
5. Placing an order and contract formation
By selecting the final purchase button at checkout, you submit an offer to purchase the products in your cart at the displayed price and under these Terms.
After the order is submitted, we normally send an automated order confirmation acknowledging receipt. An automated acknowledgement does not by itself mean that we have accepted the order.
The purchase agreement is concluded when we expressly accept the order or send confirmation that the order has been prepared or dispatched, whichever occurs first. Payment authorisation or collection may take place before acceptance depending on the selected payment method.
We may decline an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons, including an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions or inability to fulfil the order. If payment has already been collected for an order we decline, it will be refunded without unnecessary delay.
Please check your order and contact us promptly if you notice an error. We will try to accommodate changes or cancellation requests before processing, but this cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun. Any mandatory right to cancel, withdraw or make a claim remains unaffected.
6. Pre-orders
A pre-order product is clearly identified on the product page together with an estimated dispatch period. Unless checkout states otherwise, payment is charged when the pre-order is placed.
An estimated dispatch period is not a guaranteed delivery date. If the timing changes materially, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order.
If an order contains both available and pre-order products, items may be dispatched separately. The applicable arrangement and any charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated in the order information.
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before dispatch, contact Customer Care as soon as possible. Your statutory rights, including applicable rights concerning delay, cancellation and withdrawal, are not restricted by the product being a pre-order.
7. Delivery
Available delivery methods, shipping charges and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Processing time is separate from the carrier's estimated delivery time.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed on a specific date. If delivery is delayed, you retain the remedies provided by mandatory consumer law.
For consumer purchases, responsibility for the goods remains with us until the goods have been delivered to you or to a person appointed by you, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
You are responsible for checking the delivery address before placing the order. Contact us immediately if an address is incorrect. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun.
Further information is available in our Shipping Policy.
8. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers purchasing online normally have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the withdrawal period normally begins on the day after you, or a person appointed by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notify us clearly before the withdrawal period expires. You can use our digital withdrawal form or email info@whiteantscandinavia.com. You are not required to use a specific form if your statement clearly identifies the order and your decision to withdraw.
After notifying us, return the goods without unnecessary delay and normally no later than 14 days after the notice. Wait for return instructions and do not send products to our registered company address unless instructed to do so.
You may inspect and try on a garment as you reasonably could in a physical store. We may make a proportionate deduction if handling beyond what was necessary to assess the product has reduced its value, where permitted by law.
Unless the product is defective, incorrect or otherwise covered by statutory rights, you are responsible for the direct return cost if this was communicated before purchase.
When a withdrawal is valid, we refund the covered payments, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive delivery method are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply only where permitted by law and communicated before purchase, for example for goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised goods.
Full instructions are available in our Return and Refund Policy.
9. Defective, damaged or incorrect products
Your right to complain about a defective, damaged or incorrect product is separate from the right of withdrawal. Under Swedish consumer law, a consumer may generally make a claim concerning an original defect that appears within three years from delivery. A complaint made within two months after discovering the defect is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, product name, a description of the issue and clear photographs where relevant. Do not return the product before receiving instructions.
Where a claim is valid, the available remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction, reimbursement of reasonable costs or cancellation of the purchase, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
No commercial guarantee replaces or limits statutory complaint rights.
10. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including validity periods, product exclusions and minimum order values. Unless otherwise stated, codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied after an order has been completed.
If specific promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotional terms apply to that promotion, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
11. Customer accounts
You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for providing accurate, current information. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
You may place an order as a guest where that option is available.
12. Intellectual property and permitted use
Website content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, photographs, videos and design elements, is owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Maren Moerk AB and the relevant rights holders.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit website content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access or use the website for unlawful purposes.
13. Third-party services and links
The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics, customer-service and marketing services. Third parties may provide their own terms and privacy information for services they control.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, but this does not affect our responsibility for the products we sell or for service providers acting on our behalf where responsibility follows from applicable law.
14. Liability
We are responsible for losses and remedies to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer right.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss that is not a direct consequence of our breach. This limitation does not apply where a wider responsibility follows from mandatory law, intentional conduct or gross negligence.
15. Personal data and cookies
Information about how personal data is processed is available in our Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
16. Events outside reasonable control
Events outside our reasonable control may affect fulfilment, including carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather, labour disputes, governmental measures or failures in essential infrastructure. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect and will inform affected customers where appropriate.
This section does not remove remedies that consumers have under mandatory law, including rights relating to delayed or undelivered goods.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you retain any mandatory protection provided by the law applicable in your country of residence.
If you have a complaint, contact us first at info@whiteantscandinavia.com so that we can try to resolve the matter.
If we cannot resolve a dispute, a consumer may be entitled to refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden, www.arn.se, subject to ARN's applicable requirements.
You may also bring proceedings before a competent court. Any mandatory right to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence remains unaffected.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the store, our products, applicable law or operational requirements. The version in force when an order was placed continues to apply to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
